Christmas Jumper Day 2025: Glasdon Gets Knitted Out
- D.J. Sidebottom / Glasdon Charitable Programme
- 10 Dec 2025
Glasdon staff donned their most festive threads for Christmas Jumper Day, all for a good cause.
Christmas wouldn’t be Christmas without festive jumpers, and Glasdon wouldn’t be Glasdon around this time of year without the company coming together for Christmas Jumper Day.
Organised by Save the Children, the leading international non-profit organisation dedicated to improving the lives of children across the globe, Christmas Jumper Day has become one of its most popular annual events, and a mainstay for companies across the UK, allowing employees to showcase their dedication to good causes and their festive spirit.
Since its founding in 1919, Save the Children have had the same enduring mission, year after year: ensure that every child receives the healthcare, education and protection it deserves. Since its inception, Save the Children have expanded into over 100 countries, where they provide essential aid, especially during humanitarian crises and natural disasters. Save the Children strive for lasting change, with a distinct focus on preventing child deaths from preventable causes.
This year, Glasdon’s event helped raise a total of £105.15, topped up to £250 by the D J Sidebottom / Glasdon Charitable Programme. This funding will go towards vital projects around the world, helping feed children, fight child disease, and reunite families in crisis areas.
The DJ Sidebottom/Glasdon Charitable Programme provides support for charities and community projects with donations, grants and fundraising initiatives. All activities are funded by Glasdon Group Limited, with the full support of our Founder and Chairman, Donald J Sidebottom MBE, FCIHT and the Board of Directors. Applications for grants and support can be made on our grant application page.
